Arriving & Leaving: On arriving day is your room ready usually round 03:00 p.m.. On leaving day please leave your room until 11:00 a.m.. For staying longer, please ask on the reception.
Pharmacy: Kuenringer Apotheke in Zwettl +43 2822/53037
Doctor: Housedoctor – Dr. Veronika Baumgartner 02826/202
Hospital in Zwettl: +43 2888/504, or pleace ask on the reception
Pool: Indoor swimming pool in our hotel is all season heated on 30°C. You also can enjoy summer day in nearly Lake Ottenstein for swimming or paddling.
Swimming bag: including towels and swiming bath robe. You will get all on the reception during your stay . On leaving day please put all back to reception. Please take care, in case something get lost, we will charge you (€ 65,-/ € 110,-).
Bankomat: you will find one in Zwettl- about 10min from hotel
Bar: opening hours are flexible according to hotel occupancy
Flowers: we can arrange for you from Zwetll
Books: on second floor you can find our library and our small library on the first floor
DVD: you can borrow a DVD recorder on the reception for your room and enjoy your favorite film on your room television
Bike rental: current prices are available at the reception
Faulenzeroase – not big but very relaxing: indopool, steambath, sauna, infraredcabine and chill room is every day open from 8:00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. Tea and fruitjuice is also included in room-price. sauna and steambath is open from 04:00 p.m. on your wish of course earlier.
Faulenzeroase –Silent Mode from 4:00 p.m. till 8.00 p.m.: We love families, we love children!
In order to live up to our idle slogan „Wir ruhen Sie aus“, access to our faulenzeroase from 4:00 p.m. is only permitted from the age of 16.
Faulenzergarden: We got for you relaxing chairs, loungers and more for your comfort
Faulenzerterase: We also have a great terrace to enjoy the afternoon sun
Fitness: Special fitness with coach and yoga excercise also can be find in our hotel. For more information ask at the reception.
Hairdresser: Magic hair in Zwettl 02822/54454 or Lang und Haar in Gföhl 02716/6496
Breakfast: 7:00 to 11:00 in form of bufet for you.
Until 11:00 a.m. from the buffet. We can also bring you breakfast to your room!
Luggage storage: we will collect your luggage at the reception on the day of departure.
Hotel entrance: Our entrance close at same time as our restaurant (00:00). For late arriving, please use your room key to get in throught the night entrace (ca 10 meters left to the main entrance)
Dogs: Our „dogservice“ includes a ,,dog fat boy“ and food on your room. The price is € 15,- per night. For more information, please ask on the reception
Walking cards: ask on the reception.
Internet: Wifi /for free/ Name: Faulenzerhotel-Gast/Code:faulenzer24 we also have a guest-PC in the lobby
Opening and packing your luggage: You can leave your luggage unpacked and we pack it out. We take your laggage to your room and unpack it on your wish. (faulenzerservice)
Credit card: We accept Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and Diners Club…and of course cash
Massages: Just ask on the reception for your favorite massage. Massages has to be payed CASH directly at our masseurs (sorry for that inconvenience)

Smoking: we are non- smoking hotel. Please use our outside smoking-areas
Repares: If you destroy something please inform our reception
Games: On the ground floor you find billard (€ 2,- for game) and tablefootbal (€ 1,- for game), darts (€ 0,50 for player) and pinball (€ 2,- for game)
Toilettes needs: ask for on the reception.

Loundry service: please ask at the reception
Newspaper: The daily newspapers you can find at the restaurant, we can also arrange for you your favorite magazin
