Our restaurant “Waldviertler Stuben” has been a culinary insider tip near Zwettl for decades. In our traditional restaurant, we especially value our regional products such as Waldviertler carp, Waldviertler poppy seeds, potatoes directly from the village, and many more products. Our excellently stocked wine cellar with a focus on Austrian wine will also make your wine heart beat faster. Our wine selection is lovingly looked after by our junior chef and certified sommelier Felix.
Our restaurant is a member of the Genussregion Österreichs and the NÖ Wirtshauskultur.

Are you planning an event at your company, would you like to organize a private party with family or friends, or are you looking for a competent caterer for your dream wedding? With decades of experience and our central location in the heart of the Waldviertel, we are the perfect partner when it comes to catering. We know many special locations like the Dobra castle ruins by heart and can contribute a lot of know-how when planning your event. Within a maximum radius of 50 km from the Faulenzerhotel, the food can be prepared in our hotel kitchen.
