For individual guests

• Up to 2 weeks before arrival: no charge
• 2 to 1 week before arrival: 70%
• Less than 1 week before arrival: 90%.

For bus tours & seminars

• Up to 4 weeks before arrival: no charge
• 4 to 1 week before arrival: 70%
• Less than 1 week before arrival: 90%.

Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
